I still love my previous version but this has become our new favourite. In this version I I used less eggs and also whisked the eggs until they were very fluffy before adding them to the recipe. It doesnt rise as much but I prefer the flavour and texture.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 250 gAlmond Flour
  • 2 TablespoonsChia
  • PinchSalt
  • 2 TspBaking Powder
  • 2 TablespoonPsyliium Husk
  • 2 TspActive Yeast
  • 3Eggs Whisked
  • 1/3 CupAlmond milk
  • 1/4 CupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. 2

    Sift the almond flour and baking powder and then mix in the rest of the dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Stir in the wet ingredients.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds.

  5. 5

    Pour into lined loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes.
