Steps

Pre heat oven to 180° for 10 mins. I used direct bake cupcake liners u can also use cupcake liners in a muffin tray. Keep aside.

In a large bowl, shift all dry ingredients flour, icing sugar,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda then whisk well to combine all dry ingredients together.

Add 1/4cup softened butter, yogurt,milk and vanilla extract in a bowl mix it.

Add the wet ingredients to dry,mix till the ingredients are well combined.

If batter seems thick add a dash of water to it, then mix well.

Fill the batter 1/2 to cupcake liners you can also add Choco chips or mix chips into batter.(optional)

Bake at 180° for 15-20 mins. Check after 15 mins,place a toothpick in the center of cupcake if it comes out clean your cupcake is done.

Remove from oven cool it properly.

To prepare chocolate ganache, place the fresh cream in a bowl heat it in a double boiler then add chocolate to it, stir continuously till chocolate melts.

Frost the cupcakes with chocolate ganache.
