Steps

Wash and Chop all vegetables.

Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion and cook till onion gets golden brown.

Now add all dry masale and tomato and cook till oil leaves the karahi.

Add chopped potato and capsicum and mix well. Add 2 tb spoon water and cover the lid. Cook for 8 minutes.

Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
