Maandazi
Simple maandazi recipe using self raising flour.
Steps

Mix the flour, margarine, sugar and cardamoms in a bowl.

Mix by rubbing between your palms, untill everything is well combined and the mixture feels like sand.

Add milk a little at a time until your dough is ready.

Cover and let it rest for about 20 minutes
- 5
Roll out your dough, cut to desired shapes and deep fry in hot oil.
