Wash poha 2 times in running water and seive it. Heat a pan on gas add 2 spoon oil and roast the peanuts in it. When peanuts done add mustard seeds in it.

Add salt, turmeric powder, dry mango powder in poha.

When the mustard seeds crackeled add poha in it mix and cover for two minutes. Switch off the gas. Poha is done for tiffin.
