Take all dals. Wash it and soak it in water for 4 hours. Strain water and grind it finely just like dosa batter. Keep it for fermentation for 4 to 5 hours. Add salt to the batter. Mix it well.

Pour dal batter and Make small chilla on pan, keep stuffing onion, tomato,sprouts in between and again pour batter on it. Leave some oil from side of chilla to roast it well.

Roast the stuffed chilla from both the sides well. Cut it in middle and serve it hot with mint and coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
