Healthy Savory Tomato Cups

Put semolina, curd, salt, turmeric, mustard seeds into a bowl and mix well add required water make batter like idly. Keep aside for 10minutes.

Meanwhile chopped all veggies and cut the tomato on top and deseed them make empty tomato like cups.

3. Add chopped veggie and lemon juice into batter and mix well.

At last add eno and put the batter into Tomato Cups. Sprinkle chilli flakes on top.

Steam Tomato cups into micro steamer for 2-3 minutes.

Ready Yummy yummy Tomato Cups...
Serve hot.
