Ingredients

  • 1 cupGreen papaya cut into fine strips like noodles
  • 1/2 cupThinly cut carrot
  • 1/4 cupRoasted and crushed peanuts
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper powder
  • 1/2 cupCherry tomato
  • 6-7Garlic
  • 1 inchGinger cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tspChilli sauce
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • As required Lattuce or coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix papaya, carrot, peanuts and lettuce or coriander (finally chopped)and peanuts.

    Now take a bowl and mix red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, sugar, crushed garlic, ginger and mix this mixture to papaya and slightly crush it, so that all ingredients mix well.

    Take it into a serving bowl and toss it with some more roasted peanuts and lettuce leaves.
