Steps

Take all-purpose flour (maida), salt and oil in a bowl and mix it.

Knead it into a small dough.

Cover the dough and keep it aside for 30 mins.

For stuffing chop all the Vegetables.

In a pan add chopped garlic with oil and stir fry it for few seconds.

To it add all the chopped vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 mins until all veggies are cooked.

Add salt to taste, 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp vinegar.

Take small balls of dough and roll it into a thin circle. Make sure that the covering is thin.

Apply water to the ends so that the ends stick well.

Fill it with the stuffing and shape the momo.

Put the momos into the steamer and let them steam for 5-8 minutes.

Serve hot with desired dip.

Here I've used green chutney.
