Whisk your eggs in a bowl..add in a little bit of salt and some milk to have just the right consistency..not toothick or too thin

Mix everything together including the cinammon for that amazing fragrance.

Soak your slices of bread in the mixture...don't soak for too long..the slices will break.

Heat pan and add vegetable oil.

Transfer your soaked bread slices in the heated pan.

Cook for about 3minutes on each side until golden brown.

I served mine with a side of scrambled eggs. You can use the remaining mixture to make more French toasts.
