  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1pouch Eno
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 spoonRai/ mustard seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 spoonsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add suji, curd, salt.

  2. 2

    Rest for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Eno and cook in the oven

  4. 4

    Take a pan, heat oil.

  5. 5

    Add rai, onion, tomato, capsicum and idli.

  6. 6

    Mix it

  7. 7

    Ready to serve hot, now enjoy it with family and friends.
