Steps

Soak the soya granules in warm water for 1/2 hour & drain.
Blend soya granules well to make a smooth doughy paste.
Add besan, salt, garlic paste,spring onions & all spices & lemon juice. - 2
Mix it nicely or blend it again & shape into flat round balls.
Heat griddle & put oil & shallow fry the kababs in to golden brown on both sides. - 3
Serve garnished with onion rings, lemon wedges & choice of your chutney.

You can add nicely chopped or grated veggies also
Enjoy this with grilled veggies in your lunch; grilled veggies pic in comment box
This protein kababs are really very soft & melting in mouth
If you like you can sprinkle chat masala on it & lemon juice for tangy taste
