Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoya granules Warm water to soak
  • 2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/2-1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 3 cloves{ laung } powder
  • 2black cardamom seed powder
  • 1/2 cupchopped spring onions
  • 1-1/2 tbspbesan
  • 2 tspchopped green chilies
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • Few drops lemon juice
  • 4 tbspoil for shallow frying
  • As requiredOnion rings & lemon wedges for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the soya granules in warm water for 1/2 hour & drain.
    Blend soya granules well to make a smooth doughy paste.
    Add besan, salt, garlic paste,spring onions & all spices & lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Mix it nicely or blend it again & shape into flat round balls.
    Heat griddle & put oil & shallow fry the kababs in to golden brown on both sides.

  3. 3

    Serve garnished with onion rings, lemon wedges & choice of your chutney.

    You can add nicely chopped or grated veggies also
    Enjoy this with grilled veggies in your lunch; grilled veggies pic in comment box
    This protein kababs are really very soft & melting in mouth
    If you like you can sprinkle chat masala on it & lemon juice for tangy taste
