Corn Spinach Tikki

Crush corn add lemon juice & chat masala to balance the sweet flavor of corn.
Chop spinach, mashed potatoes & paneer mix with corn. Put all spices, kasoori methi & mix well. - 2
Also put chopped ginger, green chilli coriander & cornflour and mix to prepare tikki mixture.
Make Tikki of the mixture & shallow fry in oil.Serve hot with choice of your chutney, sauce & dip - 3
You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
If you want to make in evening snack keep corn & spinach in sieve to drain the water and mix well so evening you can make tikki nicely & crisp
