Sprinkle and Rub the salt nicely on all slices

All are done in salt leave at least 25 minutes in strainer (Chalni)

Keep in strainer few minutes to dry baigan

Take a tawa put the flame

Fry baigan in small batch

After few minutes slidelly press them and nice golden colour both sides

Remove all seeds

Then add salt in Imli pulp

Add red chilli powder

Mix very well

Pour Imli chutney in large deep plate

Take one fry baigan and dip in Imli chutney nicely coat both sides

All fry baigan diped in Imli chutney and done as follows
