Ingredients

1 kgHeavy milk
0.5 cupsugar
50 gmsalmonds chopped
1cardamom
2 threadssaffron

Steps

Boil the heavy milk in pan and cook till it gets thick.

After it is thick then add sugar, saffron and almond and cook for 10 mins and then add elachi powder and mix it.

Then freeze it for 3 hours and garnish with almonds above and it's ready to serve
