Peel, clean and wash the carrots. Now grate them with a hand grater.

Now take a deep vessel heat ghee and add broken cardamoms then add the grated carrots and first cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring and then on low flame for the next 4-5 minutes.

Now grate/mash the khoya and add to the cooked carrots. Mix well and cook again on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the dry fruits like chopped the almonds and cashews. Sprinkle poppy seeds and mix well. Finally, add sugar keep stirring and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Transfer it to a flat / square container or plate with edges then tap and level it. Let it cool down for 15-20 minutes. Now take a serving plate and arrange it in heart shapes with cutter and garnish / decorate it with some raisins, almonds and cashews.

Sprinkle some popeye seeds and garnish with fresh rose petals. Serve with love.
