Spinach is leafy vegetable with lots of nutrients,so tried tastier parathas from spinach!
Steps

Wash the spinach leaves and make puree in mixer.

Take all flours in big bowl,add ginger garlic paste,salt, turmeric powder, Green Chilli paste,sesame seeds,Ajwain,hot oil and mix well,then add spinach puree to knead medium soft dough.

Rest the dough for 10 minutes,take a small ball from it

Roll paratha as usual

Heat tava on medium flame,apply some oil and place the paratha on tava,add oil from all sides,turn it add oil from other side,shallow fry neatly from both the sides.

Parathas are ready to serve,serve with chutney,sauce or potato Sabji.
