Sieve besan and suji. Then add ginger paste, salt, sugar, baking powder, turmeric. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

Boil 1 of glass water in pan. Grease the plate with oil.

Add eno salt in the batter and put the batter in the greased tray and cook it for 15-20 minutes.

For tempering, heat the oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, sugar and add water into it. Boil and pour on the dhokla. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it.
