Collected cream for 10 -12 days.

Blend in mixie jar 4 -5 times without adding any water butter will separate.

Collect it in a bowl, wash it adding enough water.

In a kadhai add butter and heat it till it becomes clear, add 2-3 cloves to give it aroma and grainy texture. Sieve it and ghee is ready to use.

Take cooked rice and methkoot, salt and ghee with lemon pickle.
