  • 1/2 cupGrapes cut into two pieces
  • 1/2 cupRipe bananas , cut into sliced
  • 1 cupHung curd
  • 2 tbspMayonnaise
  • 1 tbspFresh cream
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1/2 tspWhite pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredStrawberry - for garnishing

    Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours and then prepare raita.

    Beat the hung curd and add mayonnaise and cream.

    Add olive oil,sugar,white pepper,salt and mix well.
