Steps

Take the paneer cut into cubes and keep in hot water to get softened. Take fresh peas boil in water in a saucepan for 5-7 mins until they get soft.

Now take a pan add 1 tsp oil, fry onion till translucent, add tomatoes and cook for 5-7 mins till they get meshy. Now take jar and blend the mixer into purée.

Now take the same pan add 1 tbsp oil heat and crackle the cumin seeds. Add all whole spices and pich of hing. Cook till aromat. Add onion tomato purée and cook until mixture starts to leave sides. Now add all spices red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix it well and add boiled and strained peas. Cook it again for few mins.

Once the peas get cooked in mixture gravy add paneer cubes and give it a nice mix, simmer on low flame for 5 mins. Add fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatis and rice.
