Fried rice: heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok and add finely chopped green onions, carrot and French beans... sprinkle some salt and fry on high flame.... then add the boiled rice, salt, pepper, soya sauce and vinegar and give a nice stir for 3-4mins.. keep aside.

Veg manchurian: In a bowl add finely chopped cabbage, carrot, maida, cornflour, spring onion greens, chopped garlic, salt and pepper and mix everything well.. it should become like a dough to make balls..if it does not bind then u can add more cornflour..

Now make a small lemon size balls and deep fry them on medium flame till golden... keep aside.

Gravy: heat 1 tbsp oil in a separate kadhai, add chopped ginger and garlic and green chillies, saute then add green onions and capsicum... give it a nice stir... then add all the sauces and mix.... add 2 cups water.. bring to boil then add cornflour slurry and bring to boil, then add the fried manchurian and mix and switch of the flame.

Serve the veg manchurian along with fried rice.... hot and yummy
