It's a very healthy and delicious fudge made with puffed rice, coconut oil and coconut cream. A perfect and light snack of anytime.
Steps

In a heavy bottomed pan, heat coconut oil.

Add in honey and coconut cream, mix well. Keep flame in low heat.

When everything mix well then add in 3 cups of puffed rice.

Mix well and then add in 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut.

Cook in low heat until everything mix well.

Grease a 8×8 inch square dish and transfer the mixture to the dish.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut and keep the dish in the refrigerator.

After an hour take out the dish and cut in square pieces. Coconut oil will solidify and help the fudge to set nicely.

Enjoy this delicious fudge or square as a snack.
