Sieve the dry ingredients together at least 2-3 times and keep aside.

In another bowl mix butter + sugar + oil whisk it, to this add curd + rose essence+ rose petals + red colour and mix.

Add the dry ingredients and mix in milk little by little. Do not over mix.

Pour 3/4 of batter in liners & bake180 degree for 20- 25 mins on a preheated oven.

Once cupcakes completely cooled pour the chocolate ganache and let set it for 5-10 mins.
