Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/4 tsprose essence
  • as requiredRose petals (optional)
  • fewdrops red colour (optional)
  • as requiredChocolate ganache For garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients together at least 2-3 times and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In another bowl mix butter + sugar + oil whisk it, to this add curd + rose essence+ rose petals + red colour and mix.

  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients and mix in milk little by little. Do not over mix.

  4. 4

    Pour 3/4 of batter in liners & bake180 degree for 20- 25 mins on a preheated oven.

  5. 5

    Once cupcakes completely cooled pour the chocolate ganache and let set it for 5-10 mins.
