Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupssoaked soya granules (properly squeezed)
  2. 1 cupgreen peas
  3. 1big chopped onion
  4. 4green chillies chopped
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 2chopped tomatoes
  7. 1 tbspmustard oil
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 2bay leaves
  12. 2cinnamon sticks
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. as requiredChopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Place a pan over medium flame and pour some oil in it. once the oil is warm add bay leaf and cinnamon sticks in it. Saute until they turn a little dark in colour.

    Now add chopped onion and let it cook till it turns golden. then add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2-3 minutes. After that add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Put salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala powder.mix everything well in low flame.

    While the spices are cooking, take soaked and property squeezed granules in the pan and mix everything well.

    Cooked properly till the water of the granules is properly dried.

    Garnished with green coriander leaves.

    Serve hot with rice and chapati.
