Tawacooking has some beautiful memories. I first cooked Tawa Qeema long ago in a weekend picnic at dessert in Saudia.bx winds are strong in open area, Tawa gives big surface area for flames & works well for quick fixes.After that my Tawa Dishes was must at every party either outside or at home.now sharing easy Tawa Qeema recipe for my Cookpad fellows & hope you will also try at any outdoor picnics.

This is my Tawa to cook with.

Chop piyaz,adrak,lehsun finely.chop timatar as well.keep aside.

Mix salt,haldi,kashmiri lal mirch powder in dahi well.add chopped piyaz,lehsun,adrak,timatar in qeema & mix well.keep aside.

Take all dry masala in a plate.keep Tawa at medium flame.add zeera & sabut dhania at tawa& fry a less then a minute.add sabut lal mirch & saute together a minute.

Add all sabut garam masala, fry 30 sec.add qeema at tawa & mix well with all dry masala at medium flame.qeema start releasing it's water,fry all together for 5 min at medium flame & then cover with lid. Let it cook for 10 min at low-medium flame.

Steam will build up inside lid which help to cook qeema.opn lid & check,colour of qeema has changed.mix again now add dahi mix masala in qeema.

Mix qeema well with dahi,keep heat medium.fry for 5 min.then again cover with lid & let it cook for 10 min at low to medium heat.liquid content from dahi + timatar help qeema to cooked nicely.

When lid is opened,qeema colour & smell has totally changed & it's cooked.now add oil slowly in qeema, and fry it in oil for minutes till the oil comes at surface.

Fry qeema in oil & add hari mirchain we like a little raw or kacha texture of hari mirch so i dont cook mirchain much.you can steam them if you like.

Mazedar Tawa Qeema is ready to eat.serve with naan,parathy or chapati.garnish with fresh haradhania & ginger julians.Enjoy Tawa Qeema with Cookpad.
