SPINACH CLEAR SOUP
Soups can be hot or cold , they can be clear or regular. It can be with chunky vegetables or it can be plain. Each and everyone has a different choice as per their taste. Soups should be satisfying , filling and healthy, I personally feel that.
Today made spinach soup with some vegetables. A bowl full of health. This soup is not only visually beautiful and colourful, but goodness of spinach and bell peppers make this soup full of health. Garlic enhances the taste of soup.

Steps

Heat ghee/ oil and saute garlic, onion and carrots for couple of minutes.

Then add both bell peppers, and saute for a while.

Then add spinach puree in it mix well and saute for a few seconds.

Now add 3 cups of water, salt and black pepper powder and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Serve hot.
