Steps

Chop the Tomatoes into medium pieces

Put Oil into a deep pan and add Hing for tadka

Now put the chopped tomatoes and stir

Add the Turmeric powder, Salt and Black Pepper Powder to the Tomatoes

Put 2 tall glasses of Water to the Tomatoes and stir

Put a lid to the pan and let the Tomatoes simmer till soft. Keep checking and stirring in between now and then.

After the Tomatoes become soft, add the Cumin-Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder And Sugar And Mix Well.

Now add the Bhakarwadis and turn off the gas

Let the Bhakarwadis soak in the gravy for 5 minutes.. Add some more water if the gravy becomes too thick and also additional Salt if required.
