Wash and chop methi leaves. Clean the green peas, carrots and potatoes.

Chop the onions finely. Crush ginger and garlic. Chop the green chillies. Heat oil. Add the chopped onions. Add crushed ginger and garlic and green chillies. Add the dry red chillies too.

Saute till golden brown. Add the spices, add hing and salt. Mix well.

Allow the masala to cook for 5 mins. Now add the green peas, carrot and potatoes. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook till cooked half, then add the methi leaves

Cook till the bitterness is off, then add milk and cream. Mix well, cook till done. When ready serve in a plate and enjoy with roti/parantha
