Steps

Mix wheat flour oil and salt together. Add little water and make a soft dough.

Now make small ball from dough. Roll it on rolling board.

Apply ghee on it and grate some cheese on it and fold it.

Now apply ghee on the folded portion and again grate some cheese on it. And fold it again.

Now roll this slowely on rolling board in a triangles shape.

Now heat tawa and cook it from both side by applying ghee or butter.
- 7
Cheese paratha is ready serve it hot with tomato catch-up.
