Tomato soup

Take a cooker. Add oil. Put onions and garlic. Saute for one minute.

Add tomatoes and carrot. Cook for about 2 mins.

Add water. Close the lid and give 3 4 whistles.

After it cools down. Blend it with blender or mixer.

Now strain the mixture in strainer.

Now add butter to it. And boil. Add water to cornflour and add to it. Boil for 2 3 mins. This is entirely optional.. if u want healthy option' u can avoid it.

Soup is now ready to be served.
