Ingredients

  1. Enough potatoes for everyone
  2. Good amount of butter
  3. Bit of olive oil
  4. Fresh dill
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes until cooked. Leave to cool completely. Chop into bite size pieces. Heat about 40-50 g of butter in a pan. Add a little olive oil. When butter starts to bubble, add the potatoes

    Cook on medium heat until brown and crispy all over turning frequently. Should take about 8-10 mins

    Add salt to taste and fresh dill. Mix it all up and enjoy 😀
