Add oil to pan and let it hot. Add bay leaves,dry red chillies and cardamom. Saute for 15 seconds. Add ginger garlic chilli paste. Saute for 30 seconds. Add potato, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt. Saute for 5 minutes in low flame.

Add cumin powder. Saute for 30 seconds. Add grated beetroot and Carrot. Add salt. Cook in low flame and close with lid for 3 minutes.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Cook in low flame. Add sugar and cook until carrot and beetroot will soft. Add ghee and garam masala powder. Ready to serve with chapati.
