
My cheesy bacon roulade
A great brunch dish with a light salad
Steps

Layer a baking tray with bacon to cover slightly overlapping

Add ham slices to cover bacon

In a bowl mix soften cream cheese, egg yolk, spinach and spring onions

Spread cheese mix over ham and bacon
- 5
Roll tightly into a long roll put in the fridge for 20 mins to set up
- 6
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven for for 25-30 mins uncovering for the last 5 minutes

Allow to cool slightly then slice and enjoy
