Steps

Take chana dal, peanuts, cashew nuts, curry leaves and green chillies.

Squeeze one lemon.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Pour oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts to crackle add chenna dal, peanuts, green chilli, cashew nuts, curry leaves. Then add salt and turmeric. Add lemon juice into it.

Turn off the stove and add rice and mix it well.

Transfer it into a plate and serve hot.
