Ingredients

  1. As much zucchine as you want
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Flour for dusting
  4. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and slice courgettes thinly. Dry VERY well with kitchen paper

    Heat a good amount of oil in a large pan. Dust zucchine in flour, shake off excess. Deep fry in batches until golden brown and crispy

    Drain on kitchen paper. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy 😍
