Cut and wash the potatoes,and fried It abit,then keep aside,wash and cut the veggies into desire sizes.

In a pan heat 2tsp of vegetable oil,add onions and scotch bonnet pepper and stir fry it for a min,break ur egg direct to the pan and stir fry after a min,add carrots,spring onions,1 teaspoon of tumeric and garlic powder.give a good stir for a minute.

Steam your noodles and add stir,little salt or your indomie seasoning,add the potatoes and stir.cover it for a minute and stir again for another mimute. Serve and enjoy.
