Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupJawar
  3. 1/2 cupRagi
  4. 1/2 cupMilet
  5. 1/2 cupRice
  6. 1/2 cupGram
  7. 1/2 cupCarrot
  8. 1/2 cupCabbage
  9. 1/2 cupGreen peas
  10. 1/2 cupSpinach
  11. 2 teaspoonsgarlic and ginger paste
  12. 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
  13. 1 teaspoonDesi ghee
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. As per taste Garam masala and chat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all flours in a big bowl then add all the vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add all spices, chat masala and salt.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients with lukewarm water, rest for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Make shapes as per your choice.

  5. 5

    And steam for 10-15 mins.

  6. 6

    After cooling shallow fry it and serve hot with sauce.
