Okay people mostly make mahamris with coconut milk alone...my version of my mahamris do have milk powder and cow milk.... reason being, milk powder makes your dough become soo soft, its something i recently found out....tasty i tell you🤗👩🍳

Mix all the dry ingredients except for the yeast(flour, sugar, milk powder and cardamon powder)

In a separate bowl mix all the liquids(have to be warm) and the instant yeast and set aside for 10 minutes for the yeast to rise.

Start kneading your dough until it becomes soft and doesn't stick to your hands or the bowl

Cover it with a lid or kitchen towel and leave it for an hour or overnight

Cut your dough into desired shapes and fry to your desired colour too

Enjoy...! You can serve with mbaazi or just tea
