In wide bowl add besan flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, ajwain seeds, hing, salt, oil, baking soda. Combine well.
Now sprinkle water little by little and knead to dough. Dough should not too loose or tight.

Heat oil in kadai in medium flame. Oil should be enough to fry.
Now take murukku maker or you can use noodle maker. Use little wide mold. Spread little oil inside the presser. Fix mold in the presser.

Now put the dough inside and presser and and gently press straight to the oil and fry both sides until done.
Once done transfer this to plate. After 10 minutes its ready to eat. Nice and crispy snack ready to serve.. Store this in airtight container.
