I love making different soups so sharing one more healthy soup.

Collect all ingredients

Put chopped veggies water and salt. Pressure cook for two whistles. Cool and strain. Blend boiled veggies in mixie and strain again nicely so that all fiber is there in soup.

Heat strained soup and serve hot. As it's a healthy soup so don't be tempted to use butter it's yummy as it is. You can add more seasonings to ur taste, I use only Himalayan pink salt.
