At first keep tawa on low flame..

Mix all ingredients and make a dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes

Now divide the dough in two halves and roll one of it and apply ghee with your fingers

Then cut it like this then collect it all and again make a paira and roll it to make a medium size paratha

Then put it on heated tawa and pour some ghee on it and fry from both sides..Yummiest crispy paratha is ready..serve it hot with raita or green chutney
