Take bajra flour, jowar flour and suji in a bowl

Add cabbage,ginger,chilli, salt, cumin powder, carrom seeds, turmric powder,oil and rub nicely

With water knead it to a soft dough and give a rest for 1-2 hrs

Add water in pan and cover it to boil
- 5
Grease a plate with holes and put the cylinders made out of the dough on it and cover them. Let them cook under steam

When cool cut them like coins

Make a tempering with oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds and sesame seeds and add coins and roast from both side

Finally sprinkle lemon juice and relish with chutney
