1/2 cupcurd
Pinchbaking soda
300 mlmilk
For sugar syrup
250 gmsugar
250 mlwater

Seive maida with baking soda. Mix curd make a batter with milk.keep aside for 20minutes

Hot the pan put sugar and water boil for 5 minutes. Put same cardamom.

Heat the pan fry. Take small amount batter. Put in the pan flam should medium. Fry till golden brown. Take out and put in sugar syrup.
