Ingredients

  • 1 cupwholewheat flour
  • 1/2 cupragi flour
  • 1/2 cupamarnath flour
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 1 tbspdry parsley
  • 1/4 tsppepper powder
  • 1.5 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1 tbsponion seeds
  • 1 tbspoats
  • to tasteSalt
  • Warm water to knead the dough

Steps

    In a bowl mix the wheat flour, amarnath flour and ragi flour. To this add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, parsley, pepper powder and olive oil. Mix well. Knead to get a soft dough by adding warm water. Cover with a wet cloth and set aside for 15 minutes.

    Divide the dough into 6 balls. Roll out each ball. Apply little water with the help of a brush. Sprinkle the onion seeds, oats and sesame seeds. Press them down with the rolling pin slightly. Cut them into triangular strips. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Pre heat the oven at 160°C and bake the lavash for 15 to 20 minutes or till crisp. Enjoy!
