Vegetable Rava Upma

Take a wok and roast the semolina till aromatic. Take out roasted semolina in a bowl. Heat ghee in the same wok. Add mustard seeds and splitter them. Add curry leaves and urad and chana daal. Fry till golden brown.

Add green peas and onion and sauté for 3-4 mins. Add chopped capsicum and fry for 4-5 mins. Now peas and capsicum are soft add chopped tomatoes.

Once the tomatoes cooked completely add two cups of warm water. Salt and turmeric powder and mix well. When the mixtures starts to boil add roasted semolina and mix it well, there should be no lumps left in Upma. Healthy and tasty Upma loaded with veggies is ready to serve hot.
