Steps

Soak the rice for 30 minutes.

Cut the potatoes & beans in small pieces.

Heat oil in a cooker & add onions, cook till they become pink.

Add salt, red chilli powder & chopped tomatoes.cook for few minutes.Add all the vegetables.

Drain the water from the rice & put it in the cooker with 1.5 glass of water.

Cover with lid & give 1 whistle. Switch off the gas & let it cool down.

Serve hot with curd.
