Soak the apricots over night or at least for 5-6 hours

Remove the seeds wash them n keep aside take apricots and some water in which u soaked apricots

I a cookware add water and apricots and let it cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes once it is soft

Then add in the sugar and color let it cook till sugar dissolves and it becomes juicy keep stirring so it won’t stick to bottom

Off the flame ur dish is ready

Lastly prepare custard in milk in two minutes on medium flame let it cool down keep it for garnishing

And the seeds of apricots u can crush it and u get almonds from it so again use in garnishing

Serve it cool

Tip : add custard and almonds once u are ready to serve it looks great and taste too good.!!!!
