Firstly take a tomatoes wash and chopped roughly keep it a side

Now heat the wok with oil add ginger green chilli coarsely paste, cumin, kalonji stir it few minutes on medium flame when get nice aroma

Add chopped tomatoes mix it properly now cover and cook until it becomes tendar and softe now mash properly on lower flame

Now add jaggery powder, turmind pulp,red chili powder, pinch salt mix it properly

When chatuny become thick then reduce the flame

Now transfer in serving bowl and enjoy with chapati,bread,paratha or samosas u can store it for 7 days
