Wash methi leaves under the running water and chopped them.in a bowl add whole wheat flour,gram flour(besan),chopped methi leaves,Salt,red chilli powder,Turmaric powder,Hing,Ajwain and 1 tsp oil and mix them with hands. Make a soft dough with sufficient water. Cover and keep aside.

Make a medium sized balls from the prepared dough. Make paratha in triangle shape with the help of rolling pin. Heat tawa or nonstick pan and cook paratha using a little ghee or oil.cook both the sides till brown spots appear.

Make all paratha like this and serve hot with tomato ketchup and butter.
